Now Hiring - Comfort Advisor in Denham Springs, LA

Ward Mechanical Contractors is an established HVAC company serving South Louisiana communities since 1950. We are looking to add a full time Comfort Advisor to our dynamic team. Hours will range from 32-40 hours a week and will include weekends during peak seasons.

We are looking for an individual knowledgeable and proficient in HVAC system performance, design and new equipment sales, who conducts themselves, both personally and professionally, with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote a positive image, excels in communication, follows through to properly complete the task at hand and most importantly builds trust and lasting relationships by “Delivering Exceptional Customer Service” to our customers. You must be organized, computer literate, with great written and verbal communication skills, have an eye for detail, ask questions, embrace change, solve puzzles and think outside of the box. This position is supported by our Admin Team and will also work closely with our Installation Manager. This is a commission-based position with a small base salary.
